Shipping & Returns
Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your good. All items are sent via registered courier (Australia Post eparcel, DHL, UPS, Fedex). Items not delivered and signed for are carded and sent to the nearest collection point.
At Wear Group PL we understand that ordering online can be a complicated process. So we have made it as easy as possible for you to choose the right size. Just carefully follow the instructions on how and where to measure your garment on the sizing page of this website and you should have no problems in ordering “the perfect fit”.
Returns will happily be accepted for manufacturing defects, as this will happen from time to time. The reason for return must be in writing and be within 7 days of delivery. The garments must be returned with all original packaging, labels and swing tags must still be attached. The garment must not have been washed, worn whilst working or dry-cleaned. Failure to comply with these directions will void any return. Any return without a purchase will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Returns will not be accepted for incorrect sizing on custom and/or embroidered orders. If in doubt please call us before ordering, as we are more than happy to help with your fitting. Any further deliveries / returns will be at the cost of the customer. No goods will be accepted as “Return To Sender”.
Returns are to be delivered back to Wear Group PL within the allocated time frame. The return must be received with an accompanying letter explaining the reason for return. Final acceptance of returns and refunds will be at the discretion of Wear Group PL. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. After the 7 Days a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Please Note Wear Group Durapel™ is a Stain repellant garment and not Stain Proof, please avoid things such as Ink, Paint, Grease etc. As these stains are not covered by any warranty.
